Default Necros getting nothing

I just went on 5 Fissure trips and I got nothing. Whereas the Monk in our group got nearlly every good item which dropped. The most I got was a low dmg shadow bow, whereas the Monk got 5+ shadow bows, 5+ shadow shields, 3+ Chaos axes, and a purple Max Dmg Fiery Dragon Sword. I mean what kind of shitty piece of crap is that? Don't tell me it was unlucky. I counted. The monk would just stay there and heal, the warriors were risking their lives, I'm there hexing. But the monk gets everything. I find this drop system very annoying and the item assignment system totally unfair.

They should really start adding Diablo 2 systems like increasing monster difficulty when people join ur game so you can actually solo, making items first come first serve basis (or whatever), instead of having zones, have gradients so you smoothly transition between one zone to the other (GW feels like one small dungeon after another), and maybe add more Role playing aspects, rather than just hack and slash.

Eh, I've noticed a similar trend in the UW. Couple last runs I haven't gotten anything noteworthy at all (more dust! YAY!), while the monks in the group always seem to get ecto drops, max damage weapons, whatever.

Sounds like things aren't as nerfed as people claim, just a run of bad luck for folks?

It's completely random as to what drops and when. Go back another time and you may be the one getting all the goodies.
One session of bad luck doesn't a broken game make.

well, considering that the only things worth a damn in this economy any more are superior vigor/absorb and ecto, I don't think you missed out on much, but other than that, I don't know how to drop system works, and since i'm drifting further and further away from playing with other people, I'm starting to not even care how it works..

Ok, so Monks are getting all the drops this week? Check.

Moving on.

No, I'm sorry monks do not get all the drops. I wish they did, because then I'd be one rich ass bastard.

In UW and FoW last night, the Monks were getting the most drops. Of course, we don't have anything more than anecdotal evidence that the drop mechanics changed.

I know what it feels like to get nothing.. when i went to UW a few times i got one smite remain or what ever they call it... thats it, but some monk got a purple storm bow, i guess it pays to be close to god these days..

Same for me. But then again, I don't get very good drops in general. Out of the three characters I play the most, I'd say my W/R gets the best drops. Complain all you want, but the system is as random as random can be for a computer game...

i notice that monks get a majority of real good drops, too. rangers are second in the drops. i've noticed that necro's and warriors always seem to get jipped no matter what, unless they're the highest level char in the party by at least 6.
